A Chartered Fire Engineer, he combines deep technical expertise with frontline and incident-command leadership, including enterprise fire hazard leadership for major operators as former Corporate Lead within bp’s Central Major Hazards Team, where he set global standards, shaped policy, and drove sustainable risk reduction. His background includes senior operational incident-lead roles within the UK’s largest industrial fire department, leading major-incident response and fire-protection strategy development. Kevin’s work sits at the intersection of engineering, governance, and emergency response—helping organizations align standards, assurance, and operational capability so systems perform under pressure. As Co-Founder of FEATHER International, he focuses on delivering integrated, practical solutions for fire, explosion, and toxic hazard management.
Randal S. Fletcher brings over four decades of global leadership in crisis management, emergency response, HSSE, and organizational capability across five continents and some of the world’s most complex operating environments. His experience spans multinational crisis response operations, war-zone field leadership, major projects and turnarounds, and board-level assurance and executive readiness. Randal has led large-scale emergency responses, rebuilt global response organizations, and designed executive and frontline training systems adopted internationally. His work sits at the intersection of strategic architecture, frontline execution, and organizational culture—helping high-hazard organizations align leadership, governance, training, and operational decision-making so systems perform under pressure. His approach is practical, disciplined, and grounded in real operational experience, with a focus on building durable capability, confidence, and resilience at every level of the organization.
