Kevin D Westwood
Fire, explosion, and toxic hazard engineering—turning global standards, governance, and frontline capability into systems that work under real-world pressure.
Kevin D. Westwood brings over four decades of global experience in fire, explosion, and toxic hazard management across oil & gas, petrochemical, and other high-hazard industries. A Chartered Fire Engineer, he combines deep technical expertise with frontline and incident-command leadership, including enterprise fire hazard leadership for major operators as former Corporate Lead within bp’s Central Major Hazards Team, where he set global standards, shaped policy, and drove sustainable risk reduction. His background includes senior operational incident-lead roles within the UK’s largest industrial fire department, leading major-incident response and fire-protection strategy development. Kevin’s work sits at the intersection of engineering, governance, and emergency response—helping organizations align standards, assurance, and operational capability so systems perform under pressure. As Co-Founder of FEATHER International, he focuses on delivering integrated, practical solutions for fire, explosion, and toxic hazard management.

Randal S Fletcher

Randal S. Fletcher draws on 40+ years of global leadership in crisis management, emergency response, HSSE, and organizational capability across five continents and some of the world’s most complex operating environments. His experience spans multinational crisis response operations, war-zone field leadership, major projects and turnarounds, and board-level assurance and executive readiness. Randal has led large-scale emergency responses, rebuilt global response organizations, and designed executive and frontline training systems adopted internationally. His work sits at the intersection of strategic architecture, frontline execution, and organizational culture—helping high-hazard organizations align leadership, governance, training, and operational decision-making so systems perform under pressure. His approach is practical, disciplined, and grounded in real operational experience, with a focus on building durable capability, confidence, and resilience at every level of the organization.

Brad J Byczynski
Emergency response and incident management at scale—designing, training, and leading industrial and public-sector response systems for the world’s toughest incidents.
Brad J. Byczynski brings over four decades of global experience in emergency response, crisis management, and fire protection across the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors, alongside 30 years of municipal fire service culminating in senior chief officer leadership. A degreed professional holding Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designations, Brad has led thousands of complex emergency responses, including serving as Incident Commander for bp’s Deepwater Horizon response. He has developed global corporate standards, training, exercising, and competency programs spanning industrial fire, oil spill response, and incident management, including leadership of international incident deployment teams. Brad partners with executives, business leaders, and government stakeholders to strengthen crisis response, business continuity, and organizational readiness, while applying pragmatic, risk-based fire prevention and protection solutions across high-hazard environments. He currently serves as U.S. Liaison for LASTFIRE.
